General Management: Strategic Leadership

We deliver an industry proven strategy framework with step-by-step support to develop and implement successful strategy at any organization.

Description

What makes good strategies better than bad ones? Does it make sense to have a strategy in turbulent times, or can a firm do as well without a strategy? Are strategies just workshop topics, or should they be part of an evolving business-development process? The program is built around a proven business simulation developed at INSEAD (France). We deliver an industry proven strategy framework with step-by-step support to develop and implement successful strategy at any organization. With expert advice and customizable tools, and guidance throughout the entire process, participants will learn to lead their team through a successful strategy initiative based on making the right choices to stay ahead of the competition.

To give and idea about the structure of this kind of program, a description of the content is below.

  • The What, Why and How of strategic Leadership

In the Strategic Leadership Program, the richness of situations simulated allows participants to experience and learn in a few hours what they would have otherwise learned in a few years. We change behaviors to maximize return on investment.

The business simulation offers an experiential learning platform for testing and implementing strategic principles and frameworks in a competitive yet risk-free environment: developing a more analytical way of thinking and stronger business acumen to face the real world’s challenges.

It helps managers to sharpen their ambidextrous leadership skills: inspiration and creativity combined with rigorous execution. Managers will practice their newly acquired skills in the program.

The simulations have been developed under the direction of INSEAD’s Professor and StratX’ chairman Jean-Claude Larréché and serve as backbones of programs for senior leader around the world in blues chip companies and top business schools (Insead, IMD, LBS etc…).
